One of the most famous shopping malls in the Bangkok Shopping Mile is the Siam Discovery Bangkok mall. With a sophisticated boutique type atmosphere, Siam Discovery is more upmarket than somewhere, such as MBK. Although the mall initially constructed back in the 1970s, it went through a refurbishment in 2016 that cemented its luxury shopping reputation.
Located next to the Siam BTS Station, Siam Discovery is one of the most accessible shopping malls on the Bangkok Shopping Mile. It is known for its fashion inspired stores such as Issey Miyake, Comme des Garcons and Diesel. Siam Discovery is set over several floors and focusses on a more comfortable style of shopping with a Japanese shopping style environment.
When it comes to shopping for fashion, jewellery, and lavish furniture, Siam Discovery is one of the best shopping options in Bangkok.

Siam Square Mall
Siam Square is an open-air shopping mall that is one of the newer and modern shopping malls in the Bangkok Shopping Mile. What makes this shopping complex unique is that it’s home to a variety of smaller malls that come under the same umbrella. Siam Square is quite a glamorous experience comparable to maybe Soho or Camden Town in London of Fifth Avenue in NYC. It is also one of the most expensive parts of Bangkok in terms of renting space.
This very luxurious open-air shopping complex is the ideal place to pick up some hipster fashion items, t-shirts, tailored suits, both custom made and off the rack. Siam Square stretches from Rama 1 Road to Chulalongkorn University and is a hive of the hustle and bustle and is a famous mall with students.

Siam Square Bangkok

Siam Center is one of the oldest shopping malls in Bangkok and has been around for over 40-years. In 2013 the shopping mall enjoyed a refurbishment that helped to modernise the facilities. The mall is located next to the Siam BTS and close to the Siam Paragon complex.
Siam Center has over 200 different stores merging local Thai and world-leading international brands that attract tourists and locals alike. Some of the international brands include Nike, Levis, and Superdry. There are also many fashion stores that are run by some of Thailand’s most up and coming fashion designers.
From fashion outlets and electronic stalls to lots of food options such as Swensens, Fuji Sushi restaurants and even a food court with affordable Thai dishes, Siam Center is a great place to visit with your family and friends.

Siam Paragon Shopping Center
One of the most famous shopping centres in Bangkok is the Siam Paragon shopping centre. This centre is one of the most popular with tourists who flock here to experience one of the most chaotic yet fantastic shopping experiences in Bangkok.
The mall is home to the largest aquarium in SE-Asia, and a sizeable 16-screen Cineplex cinema complex that showcases movies in both Thai and English.
